Both. Most of our volume goes to kitchens through our distribution partner, but we are opening direct orders — including small boxes for families who want clean vegetables at home.
We harvest against confirmed orders, so we need your order the day before. Produce is cut and delivered within hours. [TODO: confirm your real cut-off time and delivery days.]
Usually, yes. Tell us what you want to plate and give us a growing cycle or two to trial it. If it grows well here, we will add it to your schedule.
