You can ask microgreenfarm to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains how, and what happens next.

Your orders (your name, phone number, email address and notes), the questions you typed into the Ask box, and any comment of yours we noted from our Facebook Page or Instagram account.
Email us, or call or message us on Zalo, using the contact details below. Tell us the name and phone number you ordered with, or for Facebook or Instagram the name of your profile, and say that you want your information deleted. You do not need to give a reason.
We check that the request comes from you, delete the information within 30 days and tell you when it is done. If the law requires us to keep a record of a sale, we keep only what is required and delete the rest.
We do not use Facebook Login, so there is no app connected to your Facebook or Instagram account for you to remove. A comment you left on one of our posts you can also delete yourself on Facebook or Instagram, after which we no longer see it.
Your cart and the mgf_go cookie are kept only in your own browser. To delete them, clear the site data for microgreenfarm.net in your browser settings.
